Counseling Training from the
Care and Counseling Center of Georgia
What we offer:
A series of professionally led seminars providing training and education on topics of broad concern for lay care givers serving communities businesses, congregations, institutions, and other organizations. These seminars are offered on request at the main offices of the Care and Counseling Center of Georgia on Clairmont Road in Decatur. If desired, arrangements can be made to present any of these seminars in your own location. Please contact CCCG for more information.
A topical presentation led by CCCG staff members is followed by role play demonstrations and a discussion period to share insights and to answer questions. Participants will leave with new ideas and resources to use in their counseling work.
Who will benefit: Lay care givers, visitation teams, deacons, any individuals within your community or organization who serve through hands-on care for others. Pastors may want to refresh their care giving skills by attending selected seminars that will enhance their current ministry. Continuing education certificates are available.
