Resident Counselors Offering Therapy and Treatment Through The Care and Counseling Center of Georgia
Resident counselors are part of the community of mental health providers at the Care and Counseling Center of Georgia. They are a diverse group of men and women completing requirements for state licensure and professional certification. Many of these residents are also pursuing advanced doctoral degrees in counseling and all are under close supervision and training. They offer a wide spectrum of specialties, provide services in several languages and reflect the rich cultural diversity of Atlanta. While residents are not eligible for third party insurance payments they offer affordable counseling along a sliding fee scale to make the services of CCCG more available to those in need.
